QXP India – Terms & Conditions

At QXP India, we are committed to crafting meaningful and seamless travel experiences. These terms and conditions outline the basis on which we accept and confirm bookings. We encourage all travelers to read the following information carefully before confirming your trip with us.

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm your travel arrangements, we require a non-refundable deposit of USD 500 per person (or equivalent in INR) at the time of booking, along with the full cost of any applicable airfare. This allows us to secure accommodation, internal flights, and special experiences in advance.
The final balance payment is due 75 days prior to the departure date. If booking is made within 75 days of travel, the full amount becomes due immediately at the time of confirmation.
Please note: During festive seasons, peak travel periods, and blackout dates, certain hotels and services may require higher or additional deposits. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or any mode mutually agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following retention charges will apply:

Please note: some hotels, airlines, game drives and certain experiences may carry stricter cancellation policies or non-refundable components, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 

3. Amendments & Changes

We will try our best to accommodate any amendments post-booking. However, any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments requested within 30 days of travel may be treated as cancellations and rebooking.

4. Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are in possession of a valid passport, visa(s), travel insurance, and any required health documentation at the time of travel.
QXP India cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or denial of entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Insurance is not included in your tour cost unless specifically mentioned.

6. Force Majeure

QXP India shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemic outbreaks, war, or any government-imposed travel restrictions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

QXP India acts as a travel facilitator and makes arrangements with third-party service providers including hotels, transport companies, airlines, and local partners. We do not own or operate these services directly and thus cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by any acts or omissions of third-party vendors.

While we take utmost care in vetting all our partners, we cannot accept responsibility for events beyond our control.

8. Refunds & Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for any unused services, late arrivals, or early departures. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per cancellation policy and after deducting bank and processing charges.

9. Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the services provided by QXP India will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
