Cancellation and Refund Policy - QXP India Pvt. Ltd.
Force Majeure or Vis Majeure: In the event that the tour or any part thereof cannot be
conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, QXP India shall not be responsible to give any
refund to the client. However, QXP India, at its sole discretion, may offer a refund based on factors
such as the number of participants, cancellation policies of suppliers (e.g., hoteliers, coach
operators), etc. The decision of QXP India regarding the refund amount shall be final. The refund
process, if applicable, will take a minimum of 15 to 45 days.
Non-utilization of Services: There shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot
utilize any of the services such as hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
Refund Processing: Refunds, if any, for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the client. The refund will be processed through NEFT/RTGS/Crossed cheque or by credit card reversal at the discretion of QXP India. The processing time for refunds will be at least 45 days.
Advance Bookings: For services booked in advance and canceled as per the booking policy, the refund will be made in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges, if any, for the refund. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in the
client’s account.
Credit Certificate Option: Clients have the option to keep their refund money in our account and collect a credit certificate. This credit can be utilized within 24 months.
Conditions of Travel:
- Clients must strictly follow the tour program. No refund will be provided if the client fails to join the group at the tour's commencement, joins later, or leaves before the tour ends.
- If a client discontinues the tour due to reasons like illness, death, or loss of travel documents, no refund will be entertained for unutilized services.
- Pre-tour services or air tickets (if booked under any offer) that are unused due to client's no- show or cancellation will not be refunded.
Client Behavior: QXP India reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose
behavior disrupts the tour’s smooth operation or affects the enjoyment or safety of other
passengers. In such cases, QXP India shall not be liable to any such person.
Liability: QXP India, its employees, directors, managers, and agents are immune from liabilities
beyond the total amount paid for the tour, excluding any consequential or incidental losses.
Travel Insurance: Clients are required to take out holiday insurance at their own cost.
Price Amendments: QXP India reserves the right to amend prices in case of fuel costs, special/
high season charges by suppliers, or hike in airline/rail charges before the departure date. Clients
must pay for such price increases in full before departure.
Legal Action: If no legal action is taken against QXP India within 7 days of the tour’s last day, the
company shall be discharged from all liabilities under or arising out of this contract.
Travel Schemes: QXP India has the sole right to withdraw any travel scheme, discount, or benefit
at any time, unless a specific assurance of the contrary is published.
