Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and unforeseen changes. If modifications are requested after travel has begun, cancellation or retention charges may apply.
Deposit and Final payment Policy
- A deposit of USD 250.00 Per Person along with full payment for domestic airfares is required at the time of booking. In case a higher deposit is required during festive periods etc. details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Upon receiving the signed and completed form along with the successful payment, we will secure all necessary reservations and update you on the booking status.
- Final payment is typically due 90 days prior to travel start date. However, this may vary for specific hotels, activities, or during peak seasons, and any exceptions will be communicated accordingly.

- Bank transfer is accepted.
- Credit card payments are also accepted; however, all credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% processing fee. A secured payment gateway link is available upon request.

General Cancellation Policy:
- In case of a cancellation after the deposit payment, the following charges will be applicable:

- Specific terms may apply during festive periods; details will be provided at the time of booking.
- No reimbursement or refund will be provided for unused meals, accommodations, excursions, or other tour components.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable deposits may apply for accommodations, peak season bookings, game drives or exclusive activities. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
Passports and Visa Requirements
- The responsibility for all travel documents lies solely with the travelers only. The travel agent cannot be held liable for any issues related to them, such as passport validity, incomplete visa processes, or incorrect documentation.
- All travelers must have a valid passport or a government issued ID which is valid for at least six months beyond the intended return date.
- Visas are mandatory for entry into India, Nepal, Tibet, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. The visa requirements can vary by nationality; please check with the relevant consulates or embassies. Additional permits for restricted areas may be required for visiting areas which will be advised at the time of booking.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Force Majeure:
- The tour operator is not liable for events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest, which may impact or disrupt the tour schedule and planned itineraries
Declaration and Agreement
I confirm that I have read and understood the Booking Conditions, Important Information, and Insurance requirements. I agree to comply with these terms and confirm that I have the authority to make this booking on behalf of all listed individuals. By signing, I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age and fully accept all terms and conditions associated with this reservation.
I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to arrange holiday insurance for myself and all members of my party, ensuring it provides adequate coverage. I also release QXP India Travel Pvt Ltd. and its affiliated agents from any liability arising from insufficient coverage.
