Passports and Visa Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure that their travel documents are valid and complete. QXP India cannot be held liable for any issues arising from invalid passports, incomplete visa applications, or incorrect documentation.
All travellers must possess a valid passport or government-issued ID with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended return date.
Passports must contain at least two blank pages for visa and immigration stamps.
Visas are mandatory for travel to India, Nepal, Tibet, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. Visa regulations may vary depending on your nationality - please consult the relevant consulates or embassies well in advance.
For specific destinations, additional permits may be required to access restricted areas. These requirements will be communicated at the time of booking, if applicable.

QXP India shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or political instability.
Such events may result in modifications, delays, or cancellations of scheduled services or itineraries, for which QXP India will make every effort to offer alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.
