At QXP India, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. We aim to be as transparent and supportive as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds, while balancing this with the commitments we make to our service providers on your behalf.
This policy outlines the cancellation timelines, applicable charges, and the process for refunds.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation schedule will apply:

Festive Season & Peak Period Policy

During festive seasons, peak travel periods, and blackout dates, certain properties and experiences may enforce stricter cancellation terms, including 100% non-refundable deposits or earlier payment deadlines. These terms will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
